Q.

#AskTheExpert hello doctor. my baby girl 2.8 years old her weight is 3.14 she doesn't want to eat food.i have to force her to eat otherwise she will set for whole day without food.plz suggest me something n she don't even eat chips chocolates cake biscuit..

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. It’s normal for children to be fussy eaters. But they’ll probably be less fussy as they get older.Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat.Pleasant, low-stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating.
