#AskTheExpert hello doctor my baby boy was 7 months old but his weight is 6 kg , he is very active but he didn't drink milk always playing please suggest solid for him and which cerelac I mean wheat , apple , rice which is good for him accordin to his weight please suggest doctor I'm worried about his weight gain

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. can give e any cerelac to him.. would be good to offer home made cerelac.. You can also give sooji kheer, rice kheer, thick soups made from a mixture of pulses, cereals and seasonal vegetables, rice-daal khichdi etc.
