#AskTheExpert hello doctor..my 2 years baby legs too much dry with rashes.. I applied coconut oil and moisturizing cream regularly..but no improvement..what i do?

A. hello you can try to change the brand of the cream that you use for the baby and see if it can help and also avoid soap and use baby wash instead especially if the baby skin is very dry to maintain the skin hydration and keeps baby skin soft and smooth
