#AskTheExpert Hello doctor My 1 month old son goes to while I am nursing him. He latches for 5-10 mins and goes to sleep and wakes up in 5-10 mins and again cries for milk. I tried many ways like rub his ears, pamper his hair while nursing, tried to wake him hitting on legs but nothing is working. I am worried please guide me what to do. His is gaining weight properly and also sleeps properly at night.

If The child is gaining weight properly then don’t worry about it that means your child is getting decent feed from you also I would like to tell you that if your child is not able to latch on properly onto your breast then you can breastfeed with the help of a bottle you just express your breast feed and give it to your child with a feeding bottle
