#asktheexpert Hello Doctor , may i know which vaccine is effective and Better, my son is 38 days old and in 2 days we are going to get him a vaccine, can you pls advice . thanks in advance

A. you can go for either painless vaccine (acellular) or painful (cellular) vaccine because both have got same effectiveness and efficacy and immunity. painless vaccines usually do not cause fever while in painful vaccine fever and pain will cdontinue for 2 or 3 days. according to your preference you can choose any one of them. e
