Yes u can have mango during pregnancy but it should be in moderation and also check whether it suits you or not as sometimes it harm the system
Also have freshly available seasonal fruits too
Include sprouts ( boiled ) , daal, oats, ragi, paneer, milk in your diet for protein
Green vegetables 3 serving in one day is must
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Yes in limits. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
