can be due to hypertension or sometimes protein deficiencies.
please do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised

Yes swelling can come in feet and hands as the pregnancy advances. There is no problem in that. It is normal during pregnancy.
Do walk daily slowly.
U can put ur feet in warm water with salt if there is pain or itching.
