#asktheexpert im 26 weeks pregnant and too much itching in my pubic area. Could you help me this.

A. Just try to keep your pubic area dry. Don't let it stay wet or sweaty as this can be also one of the reasons for itchiness. A good vaginal wash will also help. Its completely normal so don't worry.

A. Hi. Even I faced similar problem during pregnancy and it’s common. Nothing to worry. It might be some yeast infection. Wash pubic area with luck warm water and wear loose cotton panties. You can get candid-b ointment or suppository as well which doctor prescribed for me. But you can message your dr once to confirm on ointment. Nothing to worry and please chill. It’s normal during pregnancy and nothing will happen to your baby.
