#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, I'm 6months pregnant. I'm getting swelling on my feet. Please let me know what I should do so that swelling can be reduced...??? note: I'll be sitting and standing for longer like 2hr to do household activities.

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
It’s all normal and common
Keep leg up position keep pillow below it
Take a good care
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium Supplements
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
