#AskTheExpert hello doctor I'm 4 months pregnant from starting of my pregnancy I do not consume milk till now.. what can i take for more calcium instead of milk? plz reply

A. ossopan tablets or eggs dairy products ofor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
