#AskTheExpert hello doctor, i m 30 yrs old.. i have daughter of 3 months 22 days. before pregnancy i was 55 kg but my final weight at the time of delivery was 83kgs .. some days ago when i measured my weight i was 73 kgs .. my weight is stuck nd i want to loose weight .. i m eating healthy nd breastfeeding my baby.. besides this i m doing all household work along with managing the baby.. there is no help from my in laws, i want to loose this weight pls help me

A. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet n plentu of fluids, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery..
