#asktheexpert hello doctor i just wanted to know my.baby is of 6 months and i have started feeding him little now.. but i am unable to feed him more than 1 meal.. ehat should i do and should i proceed.. also i wanted to ask if i can add salt or sugar in the food or not

Give dal water and seasonal vegetables kiwi juice cereals porridge pulses whole grains milk products
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole vegetables fruits
Wash hands often before touching your baby
