#AskTheExpert hello doctor I have undergone a C section in the year 2019 and my baby is 19 months now as I couldnot do any kind of exercise that point in time, I have a stubborn belly fat now post surgery please advise if I start my work out now will the belly fat reduce?

A. if you had a cesarean section after 324 Manju can start with some gradual exercises like brisk walking for at least half an hour yoga cycling and also reduce extra calories in the diet
