A. weight gain happens due to hormonal fluctuations. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. have more liquids and fruits. avoid oily and refrigerated foods

A. Hi See when you breastfeed your child you normally eat quite a lot because the child is taking up most of the food from you in the face of feed so till eight months you cannot go for any exercise or workout or dieting specially when you are breastfeeding the child so if you’re getting getting your weight then you should get a thyroid test done once
