#AskTheExpert hello doctor I delivered my baby on 23rd march via normal delivery. my question is what can i do to reduce my belly. And from when can i start the initiative? thank u

A. wait another two months c fOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. U Can start with workout after three months of your delivery when you’re stitches heal completely and after that is your weight is going to reduce down but don’t cut out on your diet otherwise you will not be able to be sleep because your breast feeding is also going to reduce down with your diet
