#asktheexpert, Hello doctor.., I am suffering from hypothyroidism. Can u plz let me know what foods we have to avoid and what to add in our diet? Somebody is saying I have to avoid carrots also along with cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower, is it true?

A. hello mum I think cabbage alone is fine you can still have a broccoli cauliflower and carrots nothing to be worried about that maintain healthy diet avoid junk foods take a coconut water on a regular basis take more and more buttermilk do little bit of walking all these healthy tips will help you to reduce the effect of hypothyroidism
