#AskTheExpert Baby is 7 months old. She is suffering from constipation. Please suggest me Foods to cure constipation and avoid during constipation

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. give water and fibre diet it s ok for a baby to not do potty daily as the diet is basically liquid as milk. So even if baby does not poop for 7 days it s all ok and should not be given any medicine at all

Give prune juice or just dried prune to chew upon...also chk if u r using formula milk or cerelac...they generally causes constipation....if u cant give her prune juice than soak some munnaqa without seeds in milk for 2 hrs..boil that milk and on cooling to room temperature give it to ur lo
