#asktheexpert hello doctor, I am having a small issue I am not getting enough breast milk to my baby who is just 3 months old please give valuable suggestions to increase my breast milk.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Good Afternoon !! For increasing breast milk have lactating foods milk,diary products,papaya,chikoo,rusk,bread toast,poppy seeds,garlic in curries,garlic milk,saunf water have more water,fluids for hydration.
Give direct breast feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
