Q.

#AskTheExpert hello doctor! I am 32 and living in USA. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and had done my anatomy scan 2 days before. my ob/gyn found that baby stomach is small in size(small stomach bubble) but at the same time baby's weight is more than it should be at 20 weeks(375gm). and adviced same scan again after 4 weeks. at the time of first level screening it was all normal. so my question is what is small stomach bubble? why it happens. is there anything to worry about? TIA.

A. There could be Multiple reasons to it and if the doctor is suspecting an anomaly then if we could also get amniocentesis done to rule out other anomalies too now
