Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while. Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation, garlic pods You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, mutton, carrot, oats, almonds, have plenty of water, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective.
