#AskTheExpert hello doctor how would i come to know that my daughter's tummy is getting full whether she is getting enough milk of mine or not what should i eat to boost milk supply please help me.

A. dear mom feeding for 15 to 20 mins is fine gradually baby will also give you signal by stopping drinking of milk once she is full mother should eat good protiens , variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. Hi dear Feed your baby every 2-3 hours once during the day time that's more important and also during night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while. Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation, garlic pods You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, mutton, carrot, oats, almonds, have plenty of water, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective.
