#AskTheExpert hello doctor, At the time of pregnancy my back pain started, and now it is 5 month over of my cesarean but my back pain still persist while standing. First 3 months i did not took any suppliment. what to do now

A. well dee an orthopedist as he will check you.then try yo take calcium n vitamin D daily.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. Hi dear good evening. Even i had severe backpain and consulted my gynaec..as per her advice i started giving a backsupport while feeding like keeping pillows behind, while sitting....even while sleeping keep one behind the abdomen... After a few days itself u will find the result...
