Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello doctor. Am 37weeks 6days pregnant. Before pregnancy I was 45kg height 166cm, now 62kg.Baby weights 2.9kg as per 36th week scanning report.I do not have bp or diabetes.Though I have food control and doing regular walking exercise, my weight increases.Is this normal.. What should I do?

A. yes it's normal no need to worry about it maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. this is normal keep your self well hydrated yes brisk walking as you are comfortable have healthy and balanced diet follow your gynaecologist best wishes
