Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus Try to prevent temperature variations around around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children For fever and pain give paracetamol Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please please do not worry about it too much and if baby is suffering from cold from past two months then better to evaluate once with doctor in person and find out the exact reason for the same and follow the prescription after that
