ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. If it does not contain alcohol then it’s safe and can ge given if baby is having any digestion related issues and always burp vaby after feeding and give tummy time to vaby

Nope It is not at all safe you can never give gripe water to the child it is never recommended by the doctors or anybody so I am also going to do the same not to use it if your child is having stomach pain give a medicine which is related to stomach pain issues not gripe water
