It Should I have been into the place all is sold as of now so I’m just going to say if the neighbour is still outside you get it checked with your doctor as it could be due to some issue like umbilical hernia or anything which is without proper check up I cannot give you in hundred percent assurance it is which is why I am going to advise you to consult a doctor
