#AskTheExpert hello doc, My baby is 4 months old and he is on breastfeeding. When and how to start solid?? and also tell me when to start water??

A. after 6 month y. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age. You can increase the feeding frequency n feed longer in each feeding session in summers.
