#asktheexpert hello doc my baby is 11 months old and she wakes up every one hour at night why is she not sleeping well I constantly breastfed her and she takes her dinner also at 8 in the evening..Please help🙏

A. Wake them early in the morning like around 7am then put them for sleep between 12 to 1 pm then they will be tired by 9pm... it will take 15 days to set schedule but once it's done you will be happy. Its quite common in babies not to worry
