#asktheexpert hello doc my baby boy is 4 month old now and 5 th is running so at what time should I start seni solids to him because he shows interest in our food try to hold spoon and open his mouth..second thing at what age should I start making him sit with support??plz tell

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi well, ideally , solid food can be introduced after age of 6 months but if your child weighs 4kg or above and showing interest in food,you may start giving liquid diet to your child for sitting, I would suggest to wait for few days more practice it only after 6 months age
