#AskTheExpert hello doc..my baby boy is 1yr 1month old and he doesn't takes cow's milk at all.. substituting with some other calcium rich foods is sufficient or should I opt any other tinned products from the market..

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, do not give any tinned products to your baby. You can give milk recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
You can also add powdered nuts to the milk and try feeding. You can also try fruit smoothies.
