#asktheexpert hello doc I have my regular periods after the delivery. and having regular cycle from 28 to 30 days but I am on exclusive breastfeed to my baby. my baby Birth date is last year on dec month. everyone says this is abnormal or health issue? please guide me

A. dear mum the time of resumption of periods can vary greatly a breastfeeding mother may get back her periods anytime from 4 to 6 weeks or even after one year.
