ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you can eat more calcium. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
