A. Hi Try to add nutritious foods like Vegetable, sprouts, milk, paneer, egg fish, chicken pulses, curd, fruits, nuts to your diet. Try to incorporate only home cooked foods Avoid Biscuits, waffers, bakery products, chips chocolate, sugar laden foods, fried foods
