Q.

#AskTheExpert hello and gd mrng dr.my 2 years son is diagnosed with autism....as a parents what we can do for his betterment at home?we will start therapies by the professionals soon.will he go to normal school after completing the therapies?

A. it depends on severity.lets hope he recovers.keep talking to him.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's okAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. hi for autism ,first offer food like green leafy vegetables, fruits,nuts , multigrain food which help to provide necessary supplements to your child. spend quality time with your child. offer toys which help to increase your child congitive motor skills. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day which is good for formation of vitamin D.
