A. hi it is just hormonal fluctuation or nutritional deficiencies. so you must take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet . drink plenty of water. take enough sleep. For hair fall , apply Amala or coconut oil on your scalp. use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki or you can also use warm coconut oil + onion juice for this. stay stress free . for dull skin : you can rub potato slices on your face twice in a week. but before using them ,keep it in fridge for one hour for better result.
