A. home made, whole grain.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. hi mam ,there are food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit,nuts ,dairy products which help to increase your child weight. you can offer veggies like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes to your child . you can feed fruits like apple banana papaya also add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. give massage to your child daily which also help to strengthen your child bones and muscles
