ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, for 7th month baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée, khichadi, dal rice with vegetables, curd, mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
