Q.

#AskTheExpert healthy breakfast recipe for my 2yrs toddler. he normally take dalia khichdi Or sooji upma alternative days. any other dish which he can enjoy. and also healthy snacks recipe.

A. After one year u can slowly start giving everything that u eat as a family may be in a less spicier version. Some food restrictions will be there until the baby is one year old like no cows milk or nuts or egg whites etc., but now u can give everything. Just follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods. This will ensure ur baby doesnt become a fussy eater. You can give homemade sandwiches, sprouted pulses, cut fruits etc.,
