A. Hi mom. Give all that you cook for your family. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish if u are non vegetarian, ghee, dry fruits, pulses etc in ur baby's diet. Health drinks like pediasure, junior horlicks, bournvita are not recommended for the babies below two years.
