Try to give only healthy foods which are home cooked . include lot of green vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, dal in childs recipes
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday.
