Hi mom Massage regularly Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals Maintain hygiene Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
