A. Hello good afternoon !! Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include protein, calcium rich foods. Fruit and vegetables, leafy vegetables, dry fruits and nuts,dal,egg, meat, Cereals. Cereal based /egg breakfast- ragi, jowar, bajra, oats, Dalia, sooji, idly, half boil or boiled egg. Sabji or egg or meat rice/roti ,curd rice for lunch Kichdi/pulav/porridge/upma/roti with salad or soups for Dinner. Poha, makhana, soaked nuts, peanuts ,dry fruits and nuts Ladoo/chikii,any fruit for snacks twice a day milk morning and night before sleep.
