you can include variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and junk foods
include boiled potato, sprouts and pulses, nuts and dried fruits, banana, chikko, variety of seasonal fruits and veggies, roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes, pancake, chila , porridge, milk shakes, paneer, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian and use ghee in meal preparations.
try to offer handy snacks inbetween after 2 hours,
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids can be slow weight gainers and f the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also you can include dry fruits and dairy products also which can help on baby growth
