If the child is active, not falling sick very often then do not worry about the weight
Give a healthy diet to the child which include
Fruits 1 time a day
Vegetables 3 katori in a day
Roti , rice , daal, oats, sprouts , ragi, should be part of lunch and dinner
Milk two times a day n not more than that
Paneer , egg and curd should also be included in the diet
Reduce the consumption of biscuits, bread and chips
Add ghee or cheese or butter to increase calorie of dishes

Hello ma’am The wait is still fine as per the age so need not worry about it just give good amount of food and diet to the child and if you need to you can even consult a nutritionist once regarding the same because maybe the doctor can help you and provide you a better diet plan for your child as per the age
