Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.c

So maybe your child is having heat or you are using too much of dire all the time which is why this could be happening currently I would recommend you to use coconut oil into that area regularly you can apply every two hours or so further is required consult your doctor as well
