#asktheexpert he doesn’t want to eat food.. is only dependent on milk… how to make him eat food

encourage feeding by self and along with the family
do not force feed engage child in loving conversations and stories
do not bottle feed milk intake should not be more than 500ml this includes Milk products as well

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. Offer meals and snack at regular times during the day.
Offer food before your child becomes too tired.
Offer the evening meal at least 2 hours before her bedtime.
If she's is too tired to eat in the evenings, offer her main meal at lunch time.
