A. Hello there, ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. It will not harm your baby. Please take ripe banana first thing in the morning. Also, try to do at least 30 minutes walk daily. Please eat healthy food items at home cooked food only and avoid oily food items. Please drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for acidity. Thanks and take care
