Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi ...You can use a combination of solid food and breastmilk to help them transition to solid food.
Give them small amounts no more than a tablespoon at a time.
Once they start getting used to the foods, you can start mixing things up such as yoghurt and apple.
