A. Hello Give small and frequent meals to the child In breakfast you can give upma, daliya, oats upma, idli, poha, paratha , cheese sandwich, cheela In lunch or dinner Roti sabji and dal or rice sabji dal, veg khichdi , veg pulao, paneer paratha with raita , dosa, idli with sambhar and chutney In snacks milk, fruits, dry fruits, dry fruit and atta ladoo, home made aata mathri, tikki, sprouts, makhana and raisins Water 7-8glass

A. good morning it is advisable to give 3 semi solid meals throughout the day I would recommend you to give lots of seasonal fruits vegetables milk and Milk products for the overall growth and development of the child
