and do breast massage or compression during feedings.
Breastfeed often—every 1.5 to 2 hours from particular side

This can be due to engorged breast.. Let ur baby suck milk from the breast so that it does not remain hard...
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby
