#AskTheExpert is it normal to feel hardness or lump in one breast during breastfeeding

A. yes, it's normal.. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings

A. Hello mom Yes it is totally normal and you should not worry about it at all. You should definitely press your breast while you are a lactating mother it will help to dissolve all the lumps in the breast. These are milk lumps and will dissolved by its own if you will continue breastfeeding your baby properly and on time Happy parenting
